RAMM III

RAMM III (Robert Gordon Anthropometric Marine Manikin) is used to test and evaluate personal survival equipment in conditions that prevent human participation. Produced by RGIT Survival Center Ltd. in Aberdeen, Scotland, the advantages of using RAMM III are:
  • simulates relaxed, unconscious survivor
  • removal of ethical limitations
  • removal of intersubject variability
  • testing of equipment in realistic conditions
